Ingredients:

1 lb (450 g) breakfast sausage (pork, chicken, or turkey)
6 large eggs
2 cups milk (or half-and-half for creamier texture)
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (or mix of cheddar & mozzarella)
4 cups frozen hash browns (shredded or cubed, thawed)
1 small onion, diced (optional)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
½ tsp paprika (optional, for color & flavor)
