Ingredients
1 unbaked pie crust
2 cups milk
3 eggs
Β½ cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of nutmeg (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350Β°F (180Β°C).
In a bowl, whisk eggs and sugar until smooth.
Add milk and vanilla. Mix gently.
Pour the custard into the unbaked pie crust.
Sprinkle a little nutmeg on top if you like.
Bake 40β45 minutes, until the center is just set.
Cool before slicing.
