Step 1 â Prep the Fruit
Wash all fruits thoroughly.
Peel and slice the bananas and mango.
Drain any canned fruit, if using.
Step 2 â Combine
Place all prepared fruit in a large mixing bowl.
Drizzle with honey or orange juice if desired.
Step 3 â Toss Gently
Mix using a soft spatula, being careful not to mash the bananas.
Step 4 â Garnish & Serve
Add fresh mint leaves for a refreshing touch.
Serve immediately, or chill in the fridge for 20â30 minutes before serving.
